Welcome to the Guest House

The view of the apartment above and the garage below. At the top of the stairs is a small porch with a chair and a table. Previous tenants have enjoyed sitting out there and reading.

The view from the top of the stairs on the porch. Below is a lemon tree, and orange tree, and in the summer we have tomatoes in the tomato bed shown here. Feel free to take some!

The interior of the apartment, looking back at the front door. There are two locks on the door, but it’s a very safe neighborhood.

Looking in the other direction at the TV, the bureau, and the reading chair.

The west half of the apartment. In front of the kitchen counter is an island. The island and the rest of the furniture can be re-arranged to suit your preference.

Looking back at the couch and the bed, with the A/C (and heater) unit on the wall.

The bed, which comes with extra linens. The couch is also comfortable, but small, but can be used in a pinch if you have an overnight guest. We also have a nice inflatable mattress that can also be used for temporary sleepover situations.

The dining table, shown here in “half size.” There are two leaves that open up, or can be closed for a small table. Otherwise, the table can set four people.

The kitchen, with a stove and oven, microwave oven and plenty of storage. not shown here: the toaster oven, tea kettle and drip coffee maker.

Full refrigerator and freezer. There is an extra freezer downstairs that can also be used temporarily.

A quiet, secluded area to work and contemplate.

A full bathroom with a tub and a shower and removable shower wand.
